Ken Shamrock makes his return to Mixed Martial Arts in one of the biggest UK based MMA events ever produced!
In one of the biggest mixed martial arts events to ever be held outside of the USA , England’s Cage Rage and the United States’ EliteXC co promote Cage Rage 25 - live from the Wembley Arena in London.
The main event features the return of Ken Shamrock to MMA action against Robert Berry.
In his prime, Ken Shamrock was one of the most feared fighters in the world and amassed twenty six wins, twenty two by submission.
With little left to prove in mixed martial arts, he forged a successful career in pro wrestling, competing in the WWF (now WWE),Ring of Honor and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
He has since returned to Mixed Martial arts and is looking to recapture the success he once had.
His opponent, UK Born Robert Berry has a record of twelve wins and seven losses in twenty one professional fights. He has lost his last two fights, firstly against Neil Grove at Cage Rage 24 and Colin Robinson last February at Total Combat 19.
Robert Berry has also faced Ken Shamrock’s old long time rival Dan Severn, loosing to him by submission in June 2006.
